Terms of the contract
The services of the website www.greenppa.ro are offered by SC CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. SRL (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") exclusively for persons who agree with the terms and conditions set forth below.
Checking the "I accept the terms and conditions" box represents the user's agreement to comply with the site's Terms and Conditions and has the value of a contract between SC CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL and the user.

Description of the services offered
SC CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL. Offers for sale tickets to the ROMANIAN GREEN PPA event, which will take place on February 15, 2024. The purchase of tickets must be made online or by payment order and represents the value of the participation and meal services, as described in the presentation pages of the site.
The price of a ticket can be paid by natural or legal persons. The person for whom the ticket is purchased will be nominated on the order form. Entry to the event is only possible with proof of ticket purchase.
The organizer reserves the right to limit the number of tickets per order, if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the hall.
Return tickets and Reimbursement of ticket value
Event postponement or cancellation:
- In case of postponement (date and/or time), change of location or modification, the organizer will announce the conditions for the return of the amounts paid, in compliance with the rules in force.
- In case of cancellation of the event, the participants will receive the amount paid in advance within a maximum of 30 days.
- If the participant cannot come in person, he can transfer the right to participate to another person. Amounts paid by people who do not participate for personal reasons are NOT refundable.
Limitation of Liability
CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL does not in any way and in any sense assume responsibility for the content of the presentations sent by the sponsors or partners of the event.
All copyrights, trademarks and any other intellectual property rights in all texts, images or other materials on this website are the property of CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL or are included with the permission of the rightful owner.
The brands, logos, characters, photos, videos that appear on this website belong to CREATIVE BUSINESS MANAGEMENT SRL.
Final conditions
The user has the obligation to provide real and correct information about the person, when requested, subject to exclusion from the database.
The data requested in the registration forms will be used to send information about the event and to process invoices, payment documents or contracts necessary to participate in the event.
The data of the participants will not be made public on the www.greenppa.ro website but will be used for the transmission of news through email correspondence or through the event newsletter.
The user agrees, by ticking the "I accept the terms and conditions" box, to taking photos during the event and publishing them on the www.greenppa.ro website, in press releases or on the social networks belonging to the event. If the participant does not want to be included in the photo gallery of the event, please send this request to contact@greenppa.ro
