With a background in private equity, Loredana has coordinated complex M&A, Corporate and Financing Projects as well as Energy Projects and Construction Projects and has advised on various commercial deals. Her expertise covers sell-side and buy-side acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity investments, complex financings structures, as well as corporate reorganizations and business transfers.
