Passionate about corporate sustainability and grounded in a strong business-case approach, Miguel has spent nearly 15 years in the renewable energy sector across engineering, development aid, and advisory work. He serves as the European Director of Business Development on Schneider Electric’s award‑winning Renewable Energy and Carbon Advisory team and is the executive sponsor for multiple multi‑buyer PPA cohort projects across Poland, Romania, Italy, Finland, Germany, and Spain, with more regions to follow. In addition to his work on offsite PPAs and unbundled EAC procurement, Miguel leads the global commercial development of Schneider’s on‑site renewable energy advisory service. Across these areas, he has supported many of the world’s most recognized brands in advancing their Scope 1, 2, and 3 decarbonization strategies.
